'The staff was really great and helped me deal with a situation created by both another hotel and hotels.com
so I am really grateful for that.
The free meal at night is really a great add on, and delicious.
The room was clean, big, with everything you need and the window could open which was great considering the nights were cool enough to get some fresh air. Location is perfect as well, right next to the castle. They have pyjamas from S to XL. Didn't try the communal bath but I liked that...

Heel aardige receptionist, sprak alleen nauwelijks Engels. Wist met gebaren alles goed uit te leggen.Onsen ook prettig.
Als je een keer een Ryokan wilt proberen, dan is dit een goede. Goede prijskwaliteit verhouding. Auto gratis parkeren.
Weinig ruimte im dingen op te leggen. Een paar plankjes en extra...
