'There are many positive things to say about the villa, but what we most liked was: the architecture of the building. All the rooms face the same view. There are no stairs, there is only one step from the verandas to the large pool of which the water level is equal with the terrace, no edges around the pool and there is a shower. 'Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Nicht alles ist ganz neu, aber das unterstreicht den Charme des Hauses. Highlights waren für uns die große mit Wein überwachsene Terrasse und die vielen schattigen Plätzchen, z.B. unter dem Orangenbaum am Pool. Klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Matratzen in den Betten waren für uns eher hart, das ist sicher Geschmackssache. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert.'

'Huisje ligt heerlijk rustig op een groot stuk grond, met een eigen zwembad. Behalve vogels, pauwen en kikkers hoor je niets. De keukenuitrusting is erg basic. Twee gezellige katten. Wij hebben steeds bij Petrokino in Mixorouma gegeten, een paar minuten met de auto. Daarnaast zit de supermarkt/bakkerij.'

'Magdalena nous accueille dans sa maison avec une grande gentillesse. Tout est très bien équipé et décoré. Il y a une très belle terrasse arborée qui permet de profiter de l'extérieur tout en étant protéger du soleil. Le village d'Asteri se trouve à quelques kilomètres de Réthymnon : la campagne pour le calme, et la ville de Réthymnon toute proche. La maison est toute proche également de la voie rapide qui traverse la Crète d'ouest en est. C'était parfait !'

'Wer einen Erholungsurlaub inmitten einer archaischen Natur erleben möchte, ist in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten, wunderschönen Haus genau richtig. Völlige Stille, nur durchbrochen von blökenden Schafen oder krächzenden Krähen... Nur hin und wieder ein vorbeiklapperndes Auto. 'Am schönsten war für uns der toll angelegte Garten des Hauses. Die Jungs (6 und 8 Jahre) hatten dort genügend Platz zum Spielen und wir Erwachsene konnten in der Hängematte oder auf der Hollywoodschaukel relaxen. 'The staff were very helpful and responsive. We stayed in a maisonnette and like some of the others have said the sea view is blocked partially by the buildings in front. The road that runs in front has parking but it's also noisy, and the balcony had no shade. The apartment was lovely but needed some maintenance - kitchen needed a bit of tidying and the shower head was hanging off.
