'The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. There was definately a problem with ants in the villa especially in the upstairs...

'We had an amazing time at Afrati villa. The hosts are very friendly and helpfull.They picked us up from a hotel close by because it’s hard to find for the first time.The house is clean and equiped with clean bedding and towels (also beach towels). 'Was a lovely villa and great location, nice and clean and tidy with regular visits from cleaners. 'The home was pretty clean and looked like the pictures. My 2 complaints: no hot water in the morning and the communication with the host needs to be better. My original flight ended up being cancelled and I reached out to the host to advise about the change for the check in time and wasn’t changing the reservation. It took her over a week to respond and I had to message her through other sites bc she was not responsive to only tell me that I couldn’t change the reservation. That’s not what I had...
