The Space:

The Master King Bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a walk-in robe and a private balcony, perfect for enjoying sunsets and the sea breeze. Three additional bedrooms feature Queen beds, all with supplied linen. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. The open-plan living and dining areas boast high ceilings and screened louvre windows, allowing natural light to flood the space. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas cooktop, electric oven, a family-size side-by-side fridge/freezer, and a coffee pod machine. Step outside onto the back patio, complete with outdoor dining, a BBQ, pool lounges, a hammock, and a bed for your furry friend. Downstairs, you'll find a Queen bedroom, a large laundry, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the remaining bedrooms share a large bathroom with a spa bath and a separate shower and toilet. A side gate entrance provides access to a hot/cold shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Enjoy unlimited WiFi and a huge smart TV for entertainment. A double lock-up garage and additional driveway parking are available.



Guest Access:

Please be advised as you are in a Cul De Sac and due to limited parking, you can access the back gate to park extra vehicles on Captain Cook Drive. Please let us know so we can unlock the gate prior to your arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that the pool is maintained before and after your stay. For safety reasons, do not touch any pool equipment, especially the pump. Extra charges may apply if the equipment is tampered with. Before entering the pool, please rinse off any sand using the outdoor shower. Glass items are strictly prohibited in the pool area. To maintain the pool's functionality, please ensure the water level remains above the skimmer box. Excessive splashing or jumping that lowers the water level can damage the pump, potentially resulting in charges. Thank you for your cooperation.
