The only positive was Lamiaa, who was incredibly kind and accommodating — she waited for us even after check-in had closed because we had mistakenly gone to another hotel with the same name (Scoiattolo), which caused us to detour for over an hour. 'Unbelievable hotel. The property was unique and had everything we needed..gym (small, but efficient), bar and restaurant) it was also central to our excursions as we did many hikes in the region. There were a lot of bikers staying so I assume it was great terrain for them as well. If you’re staying in the Dolomites, I would highly recommend this place. Shout out to Armand who took care of us at the bar!'
