Meadowlark Sierra Retreat is located in a quiet rural mountain setting. All bedrooms include exterior access doors for added convenience and ventilation.

As with many Sierra foothill properties, occasional utility interruptions may occur due to weather or regional conditions. The home is equipped with emergency supplies should they ever be needed.

The property operates on a private well and gravity-fed water system, which is common in this area and provides reliable service. Guests are simply encouraged to use water thoughtfully during their stay.
• Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

• Registered guests only. The maximum occupancy of 12 guests may not be exceeded without prior approval.

• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to preserve the peaceful rural setting.

• Parties and events are not permitted.

• Well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. A $100 per pet fee applies. Pets must be supervised and may not cause damage to the home or property.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere on the property.

• Parking is limited to the paved driveway area only.

• Outdoor fires are permitted only when local regulations allow and must remain within the designated fire pit. Summer burn restrictions must be strictly followed.

• Please use the hot tub and BBQ responsibly and follow posted safety guidelines.

• The property operates on a private well system typical of rural homes. Guests are asked to use water thoughtfully during their stay.

• Please treat the home, furnishings, and surrounding land with care and return any moved outdoor furniture to its original placement.
