'Vonnie is the best host and the Peregrine Lodge has absolutely everything a guest could want. It is inside the park entrance, so you don’t have to wait in a line at the gate and is about a 30 minute drive to Yosemite Valley. We were a family of seven adults and the accommodations were perfect for our group. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are plenty of supplies (games, DVD, pool table) for days at the Lodge. But the real gem at this property was our host, Vonnie. She was...

'Nice house in a very quiet rural neighborhood. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and soaking in the hot tub under the starlight. The house is about 10-15 minutes to the highway on gravel and paved windy roads and about 1 hour to the Yosemite south entrance.'

'Een heel leuk en mooi gelegen huisje op een klein uur rijden van Yosemite. Volledig ingericht en heel schoon. En heerlijke wijn en nootjes als welkomstgeschenk. Enig minpuntje: de bedbank in de woonkamer sliep niet heel fijn en die moet je wel gebruiken als je met vier personen hier verblijft.'

'Great place to stay within Yosemite’s borders. Comfortably housed our family of 7 for a week. You will love the tranquility and closeness to all of Yosemite’s beauty! One word to the wise: stock up before you arrive, the nearest large grocery store is an hour away, but if you are like us, the closeness to nature is why you are even considering this beautiful property!!! A wonderful stay in every way!'

'Peaceful Stay in a Perfect LocationWe had such a wonderful time at this Vrbo! The property was incredibly peaceful — exactly what we were looking for to unwind and relax. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the host provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions that made check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was also fantastic — close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat'

'Absolutely loved our stay. The home is perfect indoors and out. We had one issue with the water (I think a deer bit off a spout in the yard) while we were away and they had someone come fix it within the hour of contact! Very lovely through and through. We would stay here again! '

'Well furnished, comfortable and clean home, complete with interesting books, fun games and a beautiful view. Location is perfect - easy access to both Tioga Road and the Valley. Stocked with many thoughtful items such as coolers, tupperware, extra bedding, etc. Jim was easy to reach and responsive to any questions/concerns. Thank you for the wonderful stay!'

'My family and myself enjoyed the property very much. Home was clean in and out. The home had everything and more. Full functional kitchen with kitchenware if needed to use. Game room as well as bbq if you wanted to enjoy it. Walking distance to food and dessert. Plenty of room and comforting atmosphere. 'We had a wonderful stay! All 5 stars in each subcategory from our extended family of 11. In addition to all the details in the listing (games, kitchen tools, etc.) it was also a nice surprise to have nice shampoo/ conditioner/ wash provided and wonderful to have more beds than expected (3 BR: 1 queen, 1 queen, 1 full with double twin bunk). 'The house was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. The hosts were welcoming and prompt with responses and checking if we needed anything. The house was clean, airy and definitely comfortable with the AC units. The house is extremely close to the lake and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back. '

'This unit was good overall. In a small town a bit in the middle of nowhere, but that was clear when booking the property. Very clean, as pictured, good amenities for a small unit. Perfect for a night or two. Only downfall is this suite is connected to the main house and there is no noise cancellation between the 2 spaces, so you hear everything going on in the main house. The hosts were not loud, you could just hear daily living. Hosts were great with communication and we enjoyed our stay!'

IJsblokjes machine. Diverse zwembaden met bubbelbad. Prima locatie om richting Yosemite NP te gaan."

"Veel goede dineropties en supermarkten in directe omgeving. Oakhurst grill van Best Western heerlijk eten. Op 15 meter afstand hele leuke antique winkel met oude reclame borden en merchandise, houtsnijwerk etc. Ontbijt is super! Kamers kregen allemaal nieuwe tv's. Housekeeping op request, wij hadden voor 2 nachten voldoende handdoeken."

"Zeer goede locatie om Yosemite te bezoeken, ideaal. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ook voor de kids is er een spelletjesruimte beschilkaar met gratis pooltafel, pingping ed. Wel zou ik water ed niet het winkeltje te kopen. In het park bij Yosemite Village Center is het beter koop. Een TOP locatie!! "

"Kregen gratis update naar bubbelbad maar acc. is gedateerd. Zwembad fijn maar slechts 1 ligbed!! Employee bij navraag niet meer teruggezien. Ontbijt zou iets uitgebreider mogen, bijv. bacon/scrumbeld eggs, en ruimte te krap. Wat onderhoud zeer nodig ( metaalachtige tikken gedurende dag/nacht op kamer). Vriendelijke receptie. Lekker bed. Goede faciliteiten op kamer echter GEEN föhn. Ca. 45 km. van Yosemite Zuid. "

"We stayed in a cottage at Tenaya Lodge for two nights and we liked it. The room is the cottage was spacious and clean. We had access to a sitting area just outside the cottage which was nice. The cottage turned out to be a room in a 3-room cottage. It was still very nice but I actually expected an independent cottage based on my booking. This could be made a bit clearer on the site. The main lodge (walking distance from the cottages) has a beautiful and spacious lobby. There are two swimming facilities: indoor and outdoor. The floor in the indoor pool was a bit dirty and for some reason the hotel decides to play kids' movies above the pool very loudly. If you don't have kids or your kids are a bit older it totally ruins the experience of an evening swim. The common areas could be a bit cleaner. Even though we very much enjoyed the additional hot tub close to our cottage, the windows and doors in that building haven't been washed in a long time. "
