Heel fijn hotel op goede locatie
Heel fijn hotel, mooie kamer, fijn bed en goede douche en prachtig uitzicht op de baai. Groot zwembad en eigen pier; rustig en toch dichtbij het dorp. Echt super!

Uitstekende keuze! Prachtige locatie, TOP!
TOP!!! Kamers, locatie (!!), restaurant (!!), service, ... Inchecken ging erg vlot, kamer (met kluis) voldoende groot en proper, badkamer ook goed in orde, hotel basic (of uitgebreid tegen betaling) ook prima OK! Dit hotel is geweldig: het heeft een pier (exclusief voor hotelgasten) die uitgeeft op de oceaan én waarop meerdere zeteltjes / stoelen staan om te relaxen en te genieten van het zicht. Dit was absoluut geweldig! Daarnaast beschikt het hotel ook over een uitstekend restaurant om te dineren, wat erg goed was meegenomen! Het eten was zo ongelofelijk vers en lekker dat we niet verder zijn gaan zoeken. Wij kwamen in dit hotel echt tot rust en hadden hierdoor niet de noodzaak om elders naartoe te gaan. Mocht je dit wel willen: op zo'n 400m ligt het centrum, waar ook veel te doen valt. Dit hotel ligt dus voldoende ver van de drukte, maar is toch uiterst gemakkelijk bereikbaar voor een bezoekje. Iedereen die naar Airlie Beach reist raden wij aan dit hotel te verkiezen!

Relaxte vakantie.
Een fijn hotel met zeer goede service in front office (Kelly) en restaurant. Heel mooie kamer met fraai uitzicht. De tuin van het hotel is super. Zittend in luie stoelen kijk je uit over de baai en de Pacific, geweldig! Ook goede service m.b.t het booken van tours. In het bijzonder de scenic drive van 60 minuten per vliegtuig boven het Great Barr Reef. Een nadeel van het hotel was de onvoldoende wifi kwaliteit op de kamer.

The property is overpriced for its facilities We r charged for breakfast but almost anything you want ( even egg or anything hot) you need to purchase, menu for lunch or dinner is very average Location is good and that is pretty much it. I score this as 3.5 stars not even 4

Our 3 night stay at the Coral Sea Resort was absolutely fabulous, the resort and facilities were world class. Our room was spacious,great bathroom. the restaurant and meals couldn’t be faulted. The pool area and view was 10/10. 5 minute walk to town, cannot recommend highly enough and would definitely stay here again.

Room Not to any Hotel Standards
I had booked the most expensive 1 bedroom room in hotel with a beautiful balcony view of the sea. However, it needs a lot of work. The toilet was so old and grubby looking and hard to press the flush button. If you mansged this feat the water jumps up on the seat. Very tired throughput the bathroom, not what id expect from a hotel of this ranking. We had ants upon arrival all over the bench tops that were hard to keep at bay and when we did order eoom service the one night (tennis final night) the steak came quite cold. The pool was great, but they had problems with their QR scanning code system so cocktail orders often went missing. The buffet breakfast was simple to say the least leaving you very underwhelmed.

Hotel bom, café da manhã péssimo
Apto razoável mas sem bloqueio da luz da manhã. Banheiro minúsculo mas o pior de tudo era o café da manhã, extremamente simples e sem variedade, não compatível com a diária altíssima nem com o padrão do hotel. O mais absurdo é que se vc quisesse “melhorar” o café deveria pagar verdadeiros absurdos por itens básicos como ovo, omelete, etc…

Staff at bar area were lovely though mixed level of service at reception. Overwhelming feedback from most guests is that breakfast should be fully complimentary given the rates charged - it does leave the guest with a feeling of being nickel and dined. Room 326 had the most incredible view but bathroom could use a renovation

The property was very nice and well maintained. While the staff were nice, they were not overly accommodating and were not flexible when our flights were delayed by a day outside of our control for our honeymoon. We spent our final night at alternative accommodation and they were very obliging and customer service was exemplary.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is superb within Airlie Beach - walking distance to shops and restaurants and perfect for access the marina. Staff were friendly and the restaurant was great for dinner.

Booked a king spa delux room at this resort for the 3rd year in a row. Despite being double in price ($600 per night) to previous years, we were so excited to be here. On arrival we were told that we are in a ground floor bay view room. This is not what we asked for or expected. I told reception how gutted I was after spending 10 minutes in our assigned room. I sent a request for room 222 or 322 months prior to arrival and expected something similar if those rooms weren’t available. I was told that it’s pot luck what you get even if you put in a request, the rooms get assigned the night before you arrive and it’s a matter of you get what’s given to you. After spending the first day there and sleeping one night, I cried with my disappointment and went to plead with reception again. Only to be told again sorry but it is what it is! Our room was number 127. Round the side, ground floor and was in total shade from 10am onwards. The sun is hidden by the side of the building and therefore our room was cold and dark. We couldn’t sit on the balcony as the wind rips through coming off the bay. We couldn’t have a spa bath either because of the wind on this side of the resort! Even the housemaid couldn’t open our front door because of the vacuum of wind. Around the front near the pool it was beautiful sunny & no wind. We could see guests sitting on their balconies enjoying their stay. We were stuck for 5 days in a cold windy dark horrible room,paid top $$$ with no apology or care!

This property was a surprise - we had planned to stay on one of the islands, but ended up here after realizing it was The Great Barrier Reef Festival over our planned dates. The staff was lovely, the property was far better than expected (seems newly-ish renovated), and the restaurant proved to be our best dinner while in town.
