Èrsextius, keeps from his Provençal origins the permanent smile, his own and especially the one he likes to see on the faces of his guests. His love of Provence determines his obsessive sense of hospitality as he wants everyone to keep a perfect memory of their stays. Proud of his country and his region, Èrsextius only wants a perfect memory of the decor that welcomes his guests.

The Space:
You will stay in a quiet apartment. The accommodation is a studio type consisting of a main room with an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with WC. The accommodation is completely private with a separate entrance. For your comfort, bed linen, shower linen, basic kitchen essentials, and many other basic comfort elements in tourist accommodation are provided.

Guest Access:
On the day of arrival, just after 4:00 p.m., instructions will automatically arrive on the messaging system to allow you to collect the key from a secure box (at a time that suits you and without time limit) and access your accommodation independently.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the magnificent district of the famous Cours Mirabeau, to enjoy the Provençal markets and savor the delights of the Mediterranean.

Getting Around:
Everything is done on foot, you are here in the historic center of the city!

Other Things to Note:
***No smoking in the accommodation (even at the window) or in the common areas
***No organizing a party or an evening
***No receiving guests
***Return the accommodation well preserved, clean and tidy
***Respect the hours of silence between 22:00 and 9:00
***Maintain a respectful noise level in the accommodation and the common areas
***No practicing a commercial or professional activity in the accommodation. Use the premises as bourgeois for tourist or private use
***Respect the arrival and departure times
***It is forbidden to unplug the landline telephone in the accommodation, to put it on standby or to do anything else that could prevent the establishment from contacting you directly
***It is forbidden to unplug safety devices such as the smoke detector or the carbon monoxide detector
***Respect the destination of the accommodation and not to make any changes to the layout of the furniture and premises
***It is not possible to replace any person whatsoever, nor to sublet, in whole or in part, even free of charge, the rented premises, except with the written agreement of the establishment
***It is forbidden to throw objects into the sinks, bathtubs, bidets, sinks that could obstruct the pipes
***Notify the establishment as soon as possible of any damage affecting the accommodation, its furniture or its equipment
***Authorize the establishment, or any third party mandated by it for this purpose, to carry out, during the duration of the rental, any repair ordered by the emergency
***Forbidden to throw anything other than the toilet paper provided in the toilet
***Please, note that as a Pet, only dogs are accepted. You will need to notify the property of your dog's presence in writing prior to arrival to add it to your reservation.
***Please, note that before your arrival, the property will ask you to check in online with a valid national ID
***Please note that upon arrival the establishment's staff is not on site and that you will have complete autonomy in accessing your accommodation. You will need to have a telephone and an internet connection to access the codes and instructions that we will send you on your secure messaging on the day of your arrival at the time of checkin on your reservation
***Please, note that the property answers every day from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00p.m.
***Please note that private parking can only be added to the reservation upon written request to the établishment, subject to written confirmation from the property, subject to availability, and subject to prepayment before arrival.
***Please note that the property cannot be accessed by a car
***Please note that the ladder leading to the mezzanine sleeping area is steep and it is not possible to stand on the mezzanine
***Please, note that the accommodation is on the 3rd floor with no elevator and the stairs are steep.
***The ceiling height in the sleeping area is approximately 185cm.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges and, in some cases, the stay may be interrupted.

Please note that the property does not have staff on site and we offer self check-in. We remain available via chat or phone line from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
