' This is a run down and neglected apartment building. Dirty with paint peeling and leaking A/C as well as leaking roof into the bedroom when it rains. 'Good location, all the appliances needed for a week or longer stay. Not for those who might have trouble climbing stairs to bedroom, low ceilings on 2nd bdr floor, no AC. Hard bed, minimum pillows. Good water pressure. Only French TV channels unless you cast from your device. WIFI OK.'
