'We enjoyed this place so much. We booked the family room and it was very comfortable. The room is well organized and clean, and the interior design is beautiful, stylish and thoughtfully decorated with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and easy to reach through WhatsApp if you have any questions. The location is amazing and the area is quiet, so we had no issues sleeping and there was no noise at night. Would definitely recommend!'

'We chose this property because of its excellent location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, as well as the advertised air conditioning and two bathrooms. The apartment was nicely decorated, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was good. However, the air conditioning is only in the living room, so the bedroom stayed quite warm despite the portable fans. We also encountered cockroaches during our stay, which we reported to the host. 'The Villas at Victor Hugo was a lovely place. Very convenient for our days in Avignon. The Expedia listing for the apartments is incorrect in that it lists washer and dryer for the apartments - but it seems that there is only one or two apartments that have that amenity. This was a big negative but not a reflection of the host as they have repeatedly tried to get Expedia to correct the error.'

'La ubicación es muy buena! Pero si piensas ir en verano no vayas ya que no cuentan con aire acondicionado y es imposible estar en el departamento con el calor tan fuerte que hace. Nos proporcionaron ventiladores pero eran de muy mala calidad y no servían para nada.'
