'Very spacious apartment with great rooms and enough privacy. Centrally located close to old centre and modern new centre. Also 1 street away from the boulevard. A few minor comments; unfortunately, a several lights were broken and the upstairs rooms were very bright as there were not enough closed curtains. Otherwise a fine appartment for large group of people.'
