'This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll.'

'We had a great stay. The cottage is located in a quiet village, but in close range (10-15 minutes) of Nice city center and supermarkets. Great view over the valley on to Nice and the sea. Ideal location to explore the touristic hotspots of the aerea. Friendly owners, fluent communication. Would very much recommend.'

'The property was cozy, wonderful large balcony overlooking the hill and then onto the sea. All the possible necessities be it in the bathroom, bedroom, living or in the kitchen were there… achieving full comfort, home-feeling while abroad.. would gladly return.. (Roads in this area are quite narrow, if renting a vehicle make sure it’s a smaller model…)'

'Tourettes sur Loup is pleasantly distanced from the business of the Riviera but with a beautiful view that towers over it all. The streets of the village are impossibly cute and fun to explore. There are shops for any last minute needs though we mostly did our groceries “down the mountain”. There is lots of room and Isy and Les were very responsive to questions and concerns.'

'We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

'The pictures accurately reflect the home. Located in the old town steps away from the market, the ramparts, the squares. Avery comfortable home for short or longer stays. Well equipped. Excellent communication with owner and property manager on the ground.'

'We had a terrific holiday even closer to Nice than expected. Within 15 minutes in the city center by car. Cannes and Monaco within half an hour. The house was very clean and the owners very friendly. It also had the best swimmingpool we’ve ever seen. We were very happy with our choice for this house!'

'Un super séjour au printemps, les vues depuis la maison sont absolument magnifiques. La maison est accueillante, avec une magnifique terrasse, idéalement située dans le village et très calme. La proximité de l'épicerie du village est très appréciable. La réservation, la communication avec la propriétaire puis l'accueil ont été parfait. Je recommande cette location'

'We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door mevrouw. De accomodatie is op een toplocatie gelegen! Alleen zijn er enkele minpunten die we hebben ervaren. Het huis is kleiner dan dat het lijkt, dit is meer een studio. Dekentje viel achter het stapelbed, bij het oppakken merkte ik echter heel veel stof. Dit stapelbed kraakt ook langs alle kanten. Zwembad is een gezamenlijk zwembad samen met de verhuurders. Dit mag wel gezegd worden bij de omschrijving. Het is dus niet Privé zoals er wordt gezegd.'

'For our group of 8 adults and 4 young children, the villa had everything we needed and the sea views are perfect. Like most of the other reviewers we didn’t find the trains a problem but they are very regular (4 or 5 an hour). We had a few other issues. When we arrived, the pool water was green and cloudy. The owners came to fix the problem but the process took 4 visits to clear and get the pH correct so we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days in total. We had clean the dust from two of the basement...

The views across the coast were breathtaking! The private pool is really good size. Susanna is an incredible host ! We can't wait to go back! You need a good car 🚘'

'Het gezellige huisje in Haute de Cagnes is van alle gemakken voorzien en een prima uitvalsbasis voor 2 koppels om de Cote d'Azur te verkennen. De bus- en treinverbindingen zijn goed en goedkoop, supermarkt en bakker zijn vlakbij en je kunt alle kanten uit. In het dorpje zelf zijn en aantal prima restaurants voor de rustigere avonden. Kortom een aanrader.'

'We loved our stay in Antibes and fell in love with the town. My wife and our two small children enjoyed having Celia's home to use as our home base. Everything was exactly as we expected with two small exceptions. As Celia had warned us, the internet was not working and she provided a 4G hotspot. Unfortunately the service in the house is poor thanks to the stone construction, so the hotspot was not much help. Second, the bed on the second floor was uncomfortable to the point that my wife slept...

'Bij aankomst was er niemand aanwezig. Geen instructies gehad waar de sleutel was, en dus een nacht in de auto geslapen. Ik had nog 3x gebeld maar kreeg geen gehoor. De volgende dag heeft een huishoudster geholpen en gebeld en kregen wij de sleutel. Zeer slecht onderhouden appartement, 1 paar handdoeken voor de hele week. Geen stroom op de stopcontacten in de slaapkamer. Het probleem met de sleutel is al vaker voor gekomen. Kortom Zeer slecht'
