'The location is perfect - walking distance or a quick Uber ride to all the city's major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances. The host, Roxane, was more than helpful, recommending local restaurants, sights to visit, and more. Usual response time was less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to stay in Nice. '

'The studio was it a great location close to the beach in the Old town. Everything was very clean, classy, comfortable bed, great AC, well stocked, and I felt very safe. Hanna was a perfect host, she met me at the unit to let me in and and showed me how everything works. There was great communication, she also arranged for transportation to the airport. I would definitely stay again.'

'Lovely location and fantastic set up for a couple of days. However, more information needs to be provided on the specific unit that is being rented. The building is full of suites (same name but not this one) so it was near impossible to know that we had the top floor apartment. Also, please provide a phone number for inquiries! We had to rely on luck that the owner of the other suites was willing to help us realize we rented the top apartment.'

'Good price quality. Nice apartment with airconditioning, great location near the old city and the beach. Beach umbrellas and towels where provided for. Parking was difficult and expensive. Apartment on the fourth floor, lots of stairs. Unfortunately some noise in the morning from the garbage men, because of an garbage collecting space below the apartment. Kitchen utensils where not so good, more glasses and salad bowls would be nice. Good contact about in- and outcheck.'

'Very relaxing property with 2 nice bedrooms with ample storage and 2 baths. Apartment on second floor; there is an elevator which we used for baggage. It is quiet. Large living room and beautiful view of the water from one bedroom and also the living room. The balcony was wonderful, perfect for relaxing with guests. The view of the water, boats, and people swimming across the bay is stunning. Proximity to the train station and beach was perfect- 5 minute walk; the vielle ville was about a 10...

'Very nice apartment right in the middle of Vieux-Nice; no high and heavy stairs, just easy on the first floor.. Large en well equipped. Lots of bars en restaurants on a very close distance. For us the right place! Quiet situated at night; only early in the morning (05.30) noisy collecting garbage, but that is normal in vieux-nice, if you don't like that, don't come to old Nice.... We had a lovely stay for 4 nights with our 3 sons. Very easy and pleasant contact with the property-manager!'
