'The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train. The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. 'I would highly recommend doing your research before booking this property. There is a nightclub just below the unit that is open from 4 AM to 11 AM….every day minus Tuesday and Wednesday. We got zero sleep for this reason. Also, there is no privacy in the bedroom so if you have kids or other guests staying they can see right into your room. The mattress and linens were lacking. 'Reasonably priced apartment in Nice with AC, washing machine and parking. That's the pitch. The refuge certainly ain't perfect. Check-in and checkout were both a pain due to having a car but on the flip side i had a place to park it. I'm sure without it'd be a lot easier. 'The property is in a great location. The host was fantastic and gracious. A beautiful balcony with table and chairs. As well as an outdoor drying rack for towels and clothes. The area was quiet and simple to navigate. The only negative was no WiFi. I was hoping to call my family while visiting Nice, but that wasn’t possible. Overall a good experience and I would stay here again.'

'Location was fantastic. The apartment was good. It had nice sheets and towels. The only complaint I have is the smell of sewage so we had to keep the windows open so the AC didn’t work as efficient. But it’s also understandable because it’s in an old building an old town again. Location was excellent for old town.'
