'The location of this apartment is exceptional. You are steps from the ocean, as well as from the flower market and Vieux Nice. There is also a tram stop nearby with access to Place Massena. Yes, you do have to climb stairs to access the apartment, but this is well explained in the listing and was not an issue for us. 'Stunning view! Well stocked & clean comfortable apartment. Our 5 person family fit great here and everyone slept comfortably with so much lounge space for family time. We love the neighborhood and exploring the hills and west side of Nice. We had a medical emergency at the end of the trip and François was beyond helpful and accommodating to our extra needs! We can’t say thank you enough for how kind you were with our family. Can’t wait to come back. '

'Wonderful views and short walk to the beach and town.'

'Suburb. The old town is very charming, the beaches were fine. Good place to stay to visit Nice or Monaco. Good restaurants nearby. The appartement was very good with indeed a magnificent view. The swimming pool and parking place were super. The owners were very friendly and really wanted to help us if needed.'

'Echt een leuke studio op nog geen 200m van de zee. Super gezellig ingericht. We verbleven met onze 2 kinderen van 11 en 13. Prima slaapbank en heerlijk bed. De airco is een verademing. Heerlijke douche. Supermarkt en bakker in de straat dus heerlijk ontbijtje op het terras. De ontvangst was goed geregeld.'

'Very nice apartment right in the middle of Vieux-Nice; no high and heavy stairs, just easy on the first floor.. Large en well equipped. Lots of bars en restaurants on a very close distance. For us the right place! Quiet situated at night; only early in the morning (05.30) noisy collecting garbage, but that is normal in vieux-nice, if you don't like that, don't come to old Nice.... We had a lovely stay for 4 nights with our 3 sons. Very easy and pleasant contact with the property-manager!'
