'The location was perfect - close to the trains/trams, near the water, overlooking the square. It was noisy outside at times, but you knew that going in and people watching from the top floor was entertaining when things were hopping out there. Full amenities that I didn’t even get to fully use due to busy days, but could have cooked, laundry, dishwasher, A/C - it was great!'

'The view from every window in the apartment is like a movie set! Absolutely incredible all times of day and night. Lots of storage space for clothes and in the bathroom. We are a couple in our 70’s and appreciated the lift to the 4th floor apartment. Although Villefranche sur Mer is very hilly we were able to walk everywhere and were stronger for it! 'The property is beside the port which was an excellent spot for us. Plenty of cooking gear and cutlery. Good shower but small. Code box was on the right near the ground which took a bit of detective work. Steep stairs at the entrance.'

'The apartment was on one of the top floors and there is an elevator but it is small, but it works just fine. Check in was easy as the key was easy to find and get. The apartment is plenty of room for 2 people and maybe even three. The bedroom was comfortable (not very big but big enough for sleeping purposes) and the AC worked really well and kept me cool at night. The bathroom was fine but the shower is small. 'Fantastic place and manager. I leave this tip for future visitors and not as a reflection of the listing. You do NOT need a car in Old Town Nice. If you must rent, don't rent until the day you need to leave, and just take the tram or an Uber to the airport. We loved the place, the host, and the location and would definitely stay here again. '
