Villefranche Vista is een twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers luxe appartement. Genieten van een verhoogde ligging op het zuiden, biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de baai van Villefranche van de volledige lengte balkon, woonkamer en grote slaapkamer. Het balkon is blootgesteld aan de zon voor het grootste deel van de dag en is perfect voor al fresco dineren.

Het appartement is onlangs gerenoveerd tot een zeer hoge standaard met marmeren vloeren en air-conditioning. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere breedband wifi, een grote flatscreen-tv en een Bose Sound dock muzieksysteem. De open keuken heeft een Amerikaanse koelkast met vriesvak met ijsblokjesmachine, wasmachine, vaatwasser en magnetron. De slaapkamers zijn voorzien van dubbele bedden met beddengoed van Egyptisch katoen en grote zachte handdoeken. De grote slaapkamer met uitzicht op zee heeft een aparte moderne badkamer. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een en-suite badkamer met douche. Beide badkamers zijn voorzien van L'Occitane goodies.

Perfect gelegen aan de rand van de oude stad, het appartement is een vijf minuten lopen naar de restaurants en winkels. Het strand en het treinstation zijn een twee minuten lopen.

Villefranche-sur-Mer is een charmant 13e eeuws vissersdorp rond een van de mooiste baaien ter wereld. Dit vriendelijke en artistieke stad, in het hart van de Côte d'Azur, is een van de weinige plekken op de Franse Rivièra zijn oude authenticiteit en charme hebben behouden.

De oude stad van Villefranche watervallen naar beneden de heuvel aan de rand van het water. Hier wordt u verwend met levendige restaurants en traditionele brasseries weggestopt in het doolhof van smalle straatjes en steegjes.

Villefranche heeft een prachtig zandstrand kilometer lange strand en de helderblauwe wateren. Zwemmers profiteren van het gemiddelde van 300 dagen zon per jaar.

Het station biedt gemakkelijke toegang langs de kustweg naar Cannes, Antibes, Nice, het middeleeuwse dorp Eze, Monaco en door naar Italië.

Ondanks dat het een rustige enclave aan de Riviera kust, Villefranche wordt omgeven door een spannende internationale toneel. I would have given this VRBO an average to slightly above average rating. I gave it a low rating because the renter did not disclose to us that there was construction going on right below our deck weekdays until 11:30 at night. Trucks, backhoes, drilling, yelling. Between this and constant trains, it greatly took away from the relaxing vibe that was being sold. When we contacted the owner, his answer was “get earplugs”. He said it was out of his control. Probably true but we definitely didn’t get the experience we paid for. Lack of peace. Lack of sleep. Not impressed with the owner.

Property itself was nice. However, we were very disappointed that it was not disclosed that there would be overnight (10 Pm to 5 AM)construction going on at the train station located in front of the apartment. We attempted to respectfully communicate with property manager on first night and she didn’t respond until the end of our 4 nights stay. There was also daytime construction as well but that was less bothering. There was zero attempt to remedy or compensate for our less less comfortable stay. Was told that this construction took them by surprise but there was no compensatory action or offer extended.

Fantastic location in a great property

Well designed, well maintained. This is a great location on the coast for access to the TER. Easy to get on/off/up/down the coast. Ville Franche is small but packed with great restaurants. Easy walk to a LOT. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

You won’t find a better view!

The apartment has a view that is perfection. There was plenty of space inside for the 3 of us that stayed, but most of our time was spent outside on the balcony. Restaurants, shopping, and train are all in walking distance, and there was no trouble getting an Uber to pick us up as well. Donna the property manager was patiently waiting for us at the property after our plane arrival was an hour late. She walked us through the property and gave us some information on the area. We were disappointed that there was not a dryer as advertised. There is a washer and a drying rack on the porch. This wasn’t a big deal overall, but did not allow us the opportunity to wash towels if needed as minimal were provided. Also the coffee machine is an espresso machine and I had no idea how to use it or the type of coffee that should be used. Instructions may help. Overall we felt safe and comfortable! Thank you for letting us enjoy the property.

Really excellent apartment!

This is a very nicely modernised apartment with two good sized bedrooms (with very comfortable beds) and two bathrooms. it is very well equipped and reasonably priced. In fact, the property is better than it looks in the pictures as pictures/mirrors and new outdoor furniture on the balcony have been added.It is a short stroll into town where we bought all we needed from the Casino mini-mart. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from too, Le Mayssa was the best place to eat for us. You are next to the train station which is handy although the train do start quite early in the morning. It didn't bother us though. Excellent feedback from the owner and property manager. Overall 10/10!

Perfect Riviera location - quaint, quiet and beautiful!

We stayed three nights and enjoyed everything about this place. The beds are comfortable, the patio roomy with plenty of seating and the most magnificent view of the sea. The biggest bonus for us was the train station literally in front of us for easy travel to Monte Carlo and Nice. The train noise is minimal. The birds were louder than the trains. 😂 I even slept on the patio couch one night to listen to the ocean.

Breathtaking View and Beautiful apartment

This was the perfect weekend get-away after a busy week in Barcelona with our daughter. The apartment is perfectly appointed! The beds were big and comfortable, bathrooms were nice and clean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the beautiful view of the sea. We arrived early and were promptly met by the property manager, we were allowed to drop our bags off while the unit was cleaned. The unit is just above the train station but the trains didn't bother us at all, and it was really convenient when we wanted to travel into Nice or Monaco. The town is so quaint and we really enjoyed the restaurants and shops. 10/10 trip!

Wow!

We were blown away at the amazing views of the sea from the family room and master bedroom. There is a spacious porch as well where you can sit and watch the water. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Very functional and comfortable. We want to go back! Loved our stay here !

Spacious Well Located Apartment with Amazing View

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment and hope to return someday. Apartment was well laid out for 2 couples or a family. Location was excellent to get to train, beach and restaurants. Villefranche is an excellent homebase to explore the neighbouring cities of the Cote d'Azur. My most memorable feature of the apartment is the Amazing view of the water and town from the spacious balcony. We loved sitting on the balcony where we spent most of our time when we weren't exploring Villefranche and the Cote d'Azur. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful View

This was our fifth time in Ville Franche and Sheldon’s place definitely had the best view out of all of our stays. We were initially concerned about the train but it was quite quiet. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants. The only challenge was parking but we really just walked everywhere so not a big deal. The kitchen is well stocked and the clothing washer and dishwashers were very nice to have. The balcony was our favourite spot as the view is spectacular and keeps us coming back. We recommend this apartment as it is very quiet and away from the town noise. There is beautiful greenery with purple irises and a small stream right next door so at night and early morning the sounds of waves and the small stream are very relaxing. We will be back!!

French Riviera Magnifique!

The view was breathtaking!! Loved sitting on the terrace over looking the port in Ville France sur mer. Perfect location to get to the gorges & all the cities along the Riviera. Julie who met us was wonderful at helping us get around. The pool was beautiful but a bit cool for swimming.
