'Nice clean, complete studio with everything you need minus the parking! Great location with easy access to public transit'

'New, nice and well furnished. Safe and secure. Parking right across the street. Only negative things: The shower is small and sound travels easily through the walls so you'll hear the neighbors conversations.'

'My friends and I really enjoyed staying at the Gerrard! It felt very home-y and the pillows were so nice! It was really spacious, clean, and accommodating!! The fact that the host filled up a Brita and an ice tray for us and the Netflix was logged in already! The place isn’t too far from everything and although there was parking available for free, the convience of the paid parking across the street was great. The host was really kind and overall we had a great experience here! Highly recommend!'

'Overall great stay! Host was good with communication, place was clean and neat, had basic essentials needs, although another guest with me suggested coffee creamer would be a good item to add. The hotel had a little plumbing issues that occurred prior to our stay which was addressed during our stay but the host handled the situation as best as he could. I’d definitely recommend this place. And yes it appears just like the pictures! It’s near restaurants, about 5-7min walking distance from public...

'Amazing place! Could walk anywhere and totally renovated.'
