Strandhotels in Alabama Mountains

'I loved everything my kind of vacation!!! I only had to give a 4 to staff because I walked in on a family in my room . They was nice about the mistake but it still was embarrassing for me and them . Other then that mistake I would definitely stay again '

'We liked our stay but our room was dirty. Floors not swept cobwebs on ceiling and walls. Just seemed like it hadn’t been use in some time.'

'I did not like that they charged $75 dollars extra when I never used room service, housekeeping, did not use the coffee and I ran out of lotion. Like someone added an extra 75 dollars because they had access to it.'
