'The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! '

'Room didn’t like it had been cleaned between guests just “new bedding” thrown on. Blankets and sheets were full of cigarette holes. Towels were dirty, floor had stuff all over it like it hadn’t been swept in a very long time. Bathroom floor had spots all over it like someone had spilt something and it hadn’t been cleaned up. 'Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors '
