'A golf trip and everything was excellent '

'Due to road closures we were unable to get to the hotel valet parking. Tried to call the hotel 3 times to find out how they preferred us to get to the hotel. No one would answer the phone. We were able to get to the Sheraton and ask for directions. The staff at the Sheraton were awesome. They told us where to go. A valet for the Westin was suppose to meet us at the entrance of the parking garage but never showed so we drove around the parking structure until we saw the entrance to the Westin....

'The ventilation in the restrooms isn’t working in many rooms , this is my third trip in ) months . They don’t clean your room but the day you check out they mock the door as early as 8:00am The body was empty so I ordered one when I left . After a long working day I got to the hotel and still empty . The night shift workers in the front disk is as rude as Walmart disk customer service. Don’t waste your $$ I won’t stay here even for free '

'This hotel only has in room coffee, we had to ask for more coffee supplies as the only options were Starbucks in the main lobby and Blazers cafe on site. No microwaves in the rooms either, have to use the microwave in the snack area in the main lobby. The room was clean enough, beds were ok, not great. Plus extra $ for paid on site parking. The fridge was not working when we got there and ice was scarce, even though there was a machine on every floor!'

'Front desk staff was wonderful per usual. I had some issues with getting my air turned on and had to call down to the front desk to get help and help was sit in less than 10 min!! I will always choose to stay there!'

'You have to call the staff to adjust the thermostat. Its locked in the room...ridiculous. 1st room we were in the sink was clogged and leaked so moved to a different room. Bathroom doors dont shut all the way, farm style doors that just slide over'
