'All of the staff from registration to restaurant and cleaning were all very friendly and courteous. The property was very clean and our room was outstanding. Access to the beach was easy and the hot tub after a day at the beach was very relaxing. It is however about a 10 minute drive away if you want to go to the main part of the beach where the restaurants and shops are and parking is expensive. 'Room small, hotel dated, but rooms were updated, comfortable. This is on opposite side of the street from the ocean, and this is why the price is a bit lower. Slow elevator, very small pool, but okay for a short stay. The office is a separate small building in the front lot so this adds a sense of security, in my opinion. '

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
