Room was filthy. Balls of hair like dust bunnies. Brand new white socks dirty after walking on the floor for 5 mins.Tub faucet would not stop dripping loudly, making it difficult to sleep. Splattered food on the blinds and on a picture. Hair in the fridge and on top of the stove. Room was a suite with fridge, freezer, stove and microwave but there was nothing to eat with or cook with in the room. Coffee maker was broken, missing a part. The facility tried to address this by fixing it, but it was a moot point because there weren’t any more pods for the coffee maker. The wifi finally connected to their service and it had no internet connection so we couldn’t use our devices. I informed the property of these issues during my stay and at check out. The woman who checked out and took my complaint was very nice- most friendly staff person there. She called me after I left and offered me to sign up for BestWestern rewards and she would comp me some points. I declined this as there is no way I am going to visit a best western again. I have pictures and video documenting all of these claims. I could have dealt with the lack of wifi and broken coffee maker if the room had been clean. There is nothing worse than getting out of the shower and needing to put on flip flops bc the floor is too dirty to step on. had to wash my room.
