'Very pleased with how nice this house was. We chose this location because it was just over the I64 tunnel and we were in town for concerts at the Hampton Coliseum. Really fast and easy to get there and back from the shows each night. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available along with kayaks. House was spacious and well provisioned. 'Great stay'

'We had a great time! Easy walk to the beach, beautiful views from the balconies overlooking the creek. The perfect place for me, my wife, our two kids (5 & 8), our friend and his 10 year old, and my brother and his wife. We got plenty of rest and enjoyed our stay while attending a nearby music festival. Would definitely stay again!'

'Comfortable overall including beds. Nice view from most rooms. Enough dinning/kitchen space for our group of 7. Back porch/ deck was a plus. The only issue was, the upstairs tub had been repaired and was a little weird but did not leak and when hanging a face cloth on the towel rack, it fell of the wall as if had been previously glued. We all still enjoyed our stay.'

'Check in was great after i got the right cottage (4 on the property.)very quaint, very sparce o. The amenities... extra trash can & maybe a table lamp in the living room. 1 brite overhead light! The view and location and convienience certainley make up for other short commings. My daughter , grand daughter & I had a wonderful visit'

'Property had a fantastic location and plenty of room for everyone. It is right on the beach which was our main attraction to it. Interior, in my opinion, was a bit warned out, pics look very fresh and renovated, but it is just a paint over an old facility for the most part. Still, the stay was enjoyable and well worth the money. '

'This was an amazing place to stay with my husband and dog, Goliath. I had frequent, pleasant commutation with the host and was really impressed with how clean the space was. The beach is right outside the door and had very few people during ginger (7am-10am and 4pm-8pm) hours. Great restaurants within 10 minutes. No one minded my dog on the beach and there were many dog friendly restraints close by. '

'Wonderful owners with phenomenal communication. They were very patient and super responsive to messages. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Property had everything we needed and more and was steps from the ocean. The beach itself was private and not crowded at all. This was our 2nd time staying and will definitely not be our last.'

'We had a wonderful stay in Norfolk, Virginia, at OV. The room was very clean, exactly as described, and just a very short walk to the beach. We brought our dog, and the area was perfect for walks and relaxing. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay again!'

'The pictures are inaccurate.A family was staying right at the deck.The grilling area is in rough shape.I will purchase canceling insurance for now on because of this property.Very outdated.Needs some money put into it.It has good potential but a no thankyou for me.Parking was terrible for me as I had a big work truck.And outdated appliances.Live and learn.'

'It was off season for the water activities but that didn’t change the view or ability for the kids to play in the sand being right on the beach. We were able to spread out in the house as needed. Easy access to I-64'

'We enjoyed this amazing house and property. We got to explore the neighborhood walk across the street to one of the main beaches. Also went to the Virginia zoo and a dolphin sightseeing adventure. We got to eat at the ocean view pier restaurant and enjoy our own cooking of meals. It was a fantastic vacation and we will definitely be back. Thank you for everything. '

'The property was wonderful, clean, and very comfortable for our family of four adults . Fully stocked kitchen. Also, the beach wagon, towels and umbrella made our visit to the beach much more comfortable. We stayed for five nights. Great location with easy access to the not crowded beach, Plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby and in a safe friendly neighborhood.
