'Great property. Peaceful and quiet. My only complaint, and it’s more on me, was not realizing that there was no onsite food options and there was nothing in walking distance. But an easy fix for next time.'

'The cottages are adorable and comfortable. Great view. The staff was great, helpful, friendly. We had a wonderful time and will go back and recommend to friends. The only downside is that you cannot park at any of the cottages, so you have to park at main lobby and get a cart to tow all your stuff to your place. for anyone with a disability or walking issues, that could be problematic unless they will provide assistance, and I think that might be possible. Maneuvering the cart along the deck...

'Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV.'

'I would say the room was great. It was clean and very spacious. The staff working in the office were very friendly and kind. The parking is plentiful and easy to access. The area around the hotel is quiet and calm. The only real consideration is that the area where this is located does not have much in the way of food options, shopping, or much else and the hotel staff and owners of course don't have anything to do with that. 'We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator.'

'Loved this house!! Loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Our only issue was the house was FREEZING when we arrived and we could never seem to regulate the temperature all week. The number pad for entry was a tad challenging but we figured it out'

'Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more convenience to Sandbridge Beach. House itself was as described, could stand a deep clean but nothing that was a dealbreaker. Honestly the fact that the baseboards could use a paint job made me relax about having kids there. Loved the sizable kitchen and eating area and the upstairs was the perfect hang space for games/movies. Pool was fun when you needed a sand break. Communication with managers was top notch. We struggled with slow wifi and...

"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "

"This is a reasonable hotel in terms of price/quality ratio. The location is almost at the end of the boardwalk but the Virginia Beach shuttle stops right outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there were some things that were not right, when we arrived the indoor pool was not open, both washing machines were out of order (there were 4 brand new dryers in operation) and the sliding door to the balcony in our room we could only open by using a lot of force. We had a balcony with sea view on a high floor and the view was fantastic."
