Villa Limon is in a very central position within the popular resort of Calan Porter. A good choice of shops and places to eat and drink are within an easy 5 minute walk, with both the beautiful sandy bay and famous Caves of Xoroi a little further. This charming 3 bedroom house is bright, airy and comfortable inside, with a private swimming pool, BBQ and alfresco dining area outside. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Limon is positioned on a spacious corner plot, a short walk from all the amenities this sought-after resort has to offer. It only takes 5 minutes to walk into the centre of Calan Porter which has several good cafes and restaurants. The famous Caves of Xoroi are a little further and the glorious sandy beach is within a leisurely 15 minute stroll. You'll also have fantastic views over the bay from the viewpoint at the end of the street. Villas Leander and Coral are next door.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
