Situated in a central location within the resort of Son Bou, Villa Proa offers stunning sea views and is less than a 5 minute drive to the soft sandy shores of Son Bou beach. There are a number of bars and restaurants to choose from within a 20 minute walk or less than 5 minutes' drive. The swimming pool and gated terraces of the villa are the perfect spot to soak up the sun or just enjoy your evening sundowner with the spectacular views of the coastline for company. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Proa has a fantastic location within the charming area of Son Bou. The long, golden beach of Son Bou and picturesque sand dunes are less than a 5 minute drive away or just a 20 minutes’ stroll from the villa. A stunning spot for watching spectacular sunsets each evening. The surrounding area has plenty to offer with local restaurants, bars and a mini market within walking distance. If you fancy a trip further afield, the local town of Alaior has a weekly market along with local tapas bars for that authentic Spanish experience. Or why not drive to the historic harbour town of Ciutadella with its beautiful architecture, charming cobblestone streets and traditional Menorcan boats for a great day out.
