'yes it was a beautiful place to stay, very friendly and accomodating staff, the rooms were very clean and cleaned daily and toped up with towels etc as needed, great location, great pool, and across the road to a family friendly area, beach, playground, BBQ facilities.'

'Our experience at the Plantation House was one of the best ever, considering both B&Bs and hotels. The checkin was completetly uncomplicated, and Charles was the best host one can expect!
He was always eager to give us tips on our experiences (specially regarding the wineries!).
Also the breakfast was SUPERB! You had to fill out a "form" stating what you would like to have the next day, also with beverage etc. Everything was absolutely delicious, and, believe me, it was PLENTY food! :)

'Everything stood out and always does. Have been staying here on and off for about 20 years, always impresses from booking, arrival and how relaxed a stay it is. New refurbished look is incredible that retains the old school look but a lot fresher.

'Reception staff were very friendly. Great that we were able to check into our room 12.30 instead of 2pm. Breakfast was great. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect overlooking their beautiful golfcourse with a balcony. Lovely hotel will book again.
