Please note: Deer Alley is a comfortable, well-kept mountain home designed for relaxed stays in the Poconos. We’re always continuing to improve the home and appreciate guests who enjoy the nature, quiet, and laid-back mountain setting here.

In winter, AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended during snow events, as the Poconos area is in a snow belt and ourdriveway slopes down slightly from the road. Following major snowfalls, outdoor areas may take time to fully reopen depending on conditions. We're not in charge of the weather! 😊

• The initial HOA fee we pay for your entrance to our community; for reservations made within 48 hours of check-in a fee of $75 will be passed along to you, our guest.

• The home has a standard hot water tank; spacing showers with larger groups helps keep things comfortable
• Trash pickup is Monday—if you’re staying Sunday night, please place bins out
