Welcome to the Grizzly Lodge, a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom mountain getaway nestled in a private community in the heart of the Pocono Mountains.

The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out for the day, preparing a family dinner, or enjoying a slow morning over coffee, you'll have the essentials you need right at the lodge.

• Complete cookware, bakeware, dishes, glassware, utensils and kids dinnerware.
• Pantry basics including salt, pepper, cooking oil, and vinegar
• Coffee bar with traditional drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, and electric tea kettle. K-cups, sugar, creamer and tea provided.

Grizzly Lodge is located within the private Towamensing Trails community, giving guests access to a variety of seasonal amenities.

• Fishing, catch and release (PA fishing license required).
• Kayaking and pedal boat rentals available for an additional fee.

8 amenity guest badges are included with your stay. Badges are required for guests ages 6 and older to access community amenities. Two additional day passes are available for purchase for $10 per day.

The community pool and beach are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please confirm the current seasonal schedule prior to your stay.

★KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK★

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please review these important community and property guidelines:

• Towamensing Trails requires guest registration for all vehicles and a signed acknowledgment of community rules.
• Guests must provide license plate numbers for all vehicles staying at the property.
• The driveway accommodates up to 6 vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
• Due to community rules and local wildlife, trash cannot be stored outside in standard garbage bins.
• Guests are responsible for taking all trash and recycling to the community compactors located at the neighborhood entrance.
• 8 amenity badges are provided. Badges are required for guests ages 6+ to access the pool, lake, beach, clubhouse, and sports courts. Two additional passes may be purchased at boathouse for $10 per day.
• The community pool and beach are typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Dogs are welcome! Up to 2 dogs are permitted with a $100 fee per pet. Guests are responsible for picking up all pet waste. No dogs on furniture please.
• A Ring Floodlight Camera is mounted above the garage and monitors the driveway, parking area, and front steps only. There are no cameras inside the home or in the private outdoor spaces.
