Deze 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers huis is in de buurt van vele Pocono Mountain attracties, zoals Major Ski Resorts (Jack Frost en Big Boulder), H2O Indoor Water Park, wandelen, schermutselingen, Whitewater Rafting, historische Jim Thorpe, paardrijden, fietsen, winkelen op de overtochten Premium Outlets, casino's en nog veel meer ..!

Dit huis beschikt over een woonkamer met 50 'tv, HD-kabel, DVD, gratis WiFi, computer bureau, keuken en eetkamer. Perfect Game-kamer met 50-inch tv met hd-kabel, biljart, tafelvoetbal, grote airhockeytafel, pingpong, dartbord en propaan openhaard. Laten we de buiten-hot tub, grote dekken en gasgrill niet vergeten (je moet je eigen tank meenemen!) en centrale verwarming en AC! Was-en droogautomaat.

Dit huis ligt op slechts 2 blokken lopen van het strand op een 90 hectare groot meer, het clubhuis is slechts een blok verderop. Geniet van vissen, varen, privétennis- en basketbalvelden in de gemeenschap ..

Thuis wordt geleverd met borden, kookgerei, kussens en dekens. Breng handdoeken, theedoeken, linnengoed, papieren producten en toiletartikelen mee. Dit huis biedt plaats aan 9 personen. Dit huis is 2 blokken van prive 90 hectare groot meer binnen de ontwikkeling, omvat ook een clubhuis om te dineren, volledige bar en gameroom in de kelder voor de kinderen, buitenzwembad, strand, tennis en basketbalvelden ook binnen de gemeenschap, het is in de buurt van grote ski resorts, en een handvol golfbanen, 15 minuten van het racecircuit Pocono, wandelen, schermutselingen, wildwatervaren, paardrijden, overdekt waterpark 10 minuten rijden in een split-rock resort, 35 minuten van 3 casino's, 15 minuten van de historische stad Jim Thorpe, pa en veel staatsspel landen in het gebied voor jagers. Family Getaway.

Overall a pleasant experience. The location is away from the noise but it is close enough to the fun places in Poconos. We didnt stay too long, so my review is short as my stay.The home has entertainment for the family. The home is semi modern (fireplaces, split heat-A/C), game room (pool table, air hockey), and family fav hot tub. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Great area!

We had a blast here. There was so much do do and see. This location was a perfect distance between the beach, coal mine, white water rafting, train ride and the old jail. The house was perfect as well. The kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The owner and property manager was great at attending to any problems we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for family

Stayed in the house for 4 days. Ideally located and easy to get to. Great facilities. The house has great amenities. From sitting in the hot tub watching the deer, to the game room having fun with the family playing games. Well kept and good communication with owner and manager. The location was great as we could go into Jim Thorpe, hit the turnpike or in the winter easy to get to the slopes. Very clean and well kept up. We did not use the lake or pool it is only a few minutes away and easy to get to. That area was well kept up to use.

Beautiful labor day Vaca

We really wish we can stay longer or even reserve in the hotter summer times. It was beautiful cozy and very cool which was perfect. Game room was really nice jacuzzi was on point even though it reached 107° F but when the temp went down to 102° it was perfect. Added on the private community beach and pool it was wonderful. We will be back.

The Saved Ski Vacation!

We cannot say enough about how amazing Cori, the owner, JoAnn, the Property Manager, and her nephew, Ronnie, were to us. From the last minute booking, the late check-in, Ronnie fixing our car, and JoAnn helping our teenager and young 20 year old get to the slopes. They truly saved our vacation! We had an awesome time and definitely wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Great location, all you need!

Cori and Chuck were great with rental and check in process! It was easy and Chuck was super helpful with some fishing and restaurant tips. We loved being walking distance to the beach and clubhouse and made daily use of the game room and hot tub. The dogs loved the fenced in yard! We also took some day hikes at Hickory Run state park, spent a day in Jim Thorpe, and took a UTV tour. Definitely recommend this house as a great home base for some fun in the Poconos!

Ski Trip

We had a great time! We enjoyed the game room and hot tub while at the house. We ventured out to hickory run state park for a beautiful walk with our dog and enjoyed skiiing at nearby JFBB. The fenced in yard was perfect for our medium size dog. The property manager was in touch often and ensured we had everything that we needed.

New Years Done Right!

We had an excellent stay at this property. The management was kind and helpful and the house has good amenities. Our group of 6 adults and 3 dogs were super comfortable in the space and the open kitchen was a highlight for sure. If we stay in the area again in the future, we will most definitely consider staying in this house again. Good vibes in this home. They even left us a bottle of wine, and brought a box of chocolate covered strawberries!

Total Relaxation with Family

House was clean, well equipped and spacious enough for the eight of us and 2 dogs. Hot Tub was fantastic. Used it every day. Game room keep everyone amused during the 2 rain days that we had and beyond that. TV's were very nice. This house is close to food stores, restaurants, beverage store and anything else that you would need to acquire. Cori, Joanne and Chuck were very helpful.

Good break

The overall experience was good - the property managers contacted us by text and that made communication much easier than working through the app. The manager was very responsive. We had a little issue with figuring out how to make the air conditioning units work, and the manager was willing to call and talk us through it than having us wait for her to be free and come over. The house is old but was good overall for a short break. The bedroom sizes are good and there is plenty of living space to just hang out. The game room was a very nice plus as was the hot tub. Kids and adults enjoyed both! The kitchen has the basics like a coffee maker and pots/pans and dinnerware. Linens and towels were also provided. There is a very nice community pool and a lake with a beach area a short drive away, for which you get wristbands to get access for each day you stay. The location is within 30 min of major attractions and we had a very enjoyable weekend with friends!

Great getaway

The rental was great, we had everything we needed. Both Cori and Joann were wonderful and very friendly. Our little dog also enjoyed herself. We mostly stayed in so we greatly enjoyed the hot tub and the game room.

The owner Cori and property manager Joann were wonderful. The house was clean and provided enough space for my husband and I and 2 daughters with 5 friends and 2 dogs. Wonderful place. Beware fence is 3x5 wire so if your dog jumps or will run through good to know. Property is clean for a rental owner is attentive and area nice, it is on main road but close to lake.

Comfortable stay in the Poconos

This rental home was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed playing games in the game room, lounging on the comfy couches in the living room and spending time together in the kitchen and dining rooms. Everything was just as expected and Cori was in continuous communication with us to ensure we were comfortable. Our 7lb dog’s pen easily set up on the tiled floor with plenty of room to walk around. I’d recommend checking out restaurants in nearby Lake Harmony - Louie’s Prime & Nick’s Lakehouse were our favorites! The neighborhood was very relaxed and peaceful. We enjoyed spotting deer near the backyard every morning.

Great property. Perfect location. Very attentive owners

This is a perfect place to stay with kids. The game room is big. The house has a very smart layout. Everything worked and the appliances were up to date. The backyard is huge. The owners pay attention to detail and are very responsive. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this location which is no more than 15 minutes from the best parts of the Poconos.

It was our sweet home for 3 nights

Thanks Cori for letting us stay at this wonderful place. We also like to thank the manager who explained everything about the property and helped us to find some sites. Both of you were very helpful and responded to our queries within few minutes. Our group - 6 adults and 1 child and it was in August this year. We all enjoyed the stay very much. The place was super clean when we arrived. The game room was my favorite and I spent hours playing pool. Some played Foosball. There were other games also. Most exciting experience was to see and feed deer. A herd of deer visited the neighborhood two times every day, once in the morning and then in the evening. They even jumped over the fence and eat grass from our garden. We will definitely go back.

Such a great place to stay!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here! The house is gorgeous inside and out. It is very comfortable and feels like "home away from home". My kids loved the game room and the hot tub was enjoyed daily. We loved that the beach, pool, and park were within walking distance. The binder that they provide is full of fun activities and places to go. Management and everyone around were very nice and helpful. I definitely plan to stay here again!
