Whether you're coming back from a day on the slopes, hiking nearby trails, or exploring Jim Thorpe, this two-floor, 2,200 sq. ft. home gives everyone their own space to relax. while still bringing everyone together for unforgettable moments.

All beds are dressed in crisp, hotel-quality linens with plush pillows, creating a clean and elevated sleep experience for every guest. Each bedroom is thoughtfully outfitted with its own TV, giving everyone a private space to unwind at the end of the day. From fresh, inviting finishes to comfortable layouts, every detail is designed to help you relax effortlessly.



Primary Bedroom: King bed with a calm, cozy atmosphere, perfect for recharging after a full day of adventure. This room has direct access to the upstairs bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed offering a comfortable and quiet retreat

Bunk Room: Full-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, ideal for kids or groups to share stories and laughs

Check-in is easy and contactless with a smart keypad. Your unique door code and arrival details will be sent before check-in.

- Free parking is available onsite for up to 4 vehicles

- All vehicles must display community vehicle passes while in Towamensing Trails

COMMUNITY INFO

- This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community

- While not gated, community registration is required prior to check-in (we’ll provide instructions after booking)

- 8 amenity wristbands are provided for lake and community amenities (maximum allowed by the community)

- Children under 5 do not require a wristband

- Wristbands must be worn at all times when using community amenities

-Pet Fee: $100 per pet (2 pet maximum). Dogs only, please!

- We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.

- All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds at the end of your stay and brought to the community dumpster conveniently located at the entrance to Towamensing Trails.

- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

Parking Details:

- A maximum of 4 cars can park onsite.

- All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community.



Amenities are open Memorial Day to Labor Day:

Pool: Open daily from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Beach: Open daily from 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Boats: Available weekends only starting Memorial Day; full-time daily rentals begin Father’s Day weekend.
