Escape to our 4-bedroom lakeside retreat in the Pocono Mountains — just 2 hours from NYC. Sleeping up to 14 guests, it's perfect for family reunions, friend getaways, or any excuse to gather your favorite people. Ski nearby slopes in winter; in summer, kayak, fish, and take over the lake. Unwind in the hot tub, challenge everyone in the game room, or hit the community pool, tennis and basketball courts. A bottle of wine welcomes you on arrival. The only hard part? Deciding who makes the guest list.

Before You Arrive:
To keep things smooth, please send us the following at least 72 hours before check-in:
Full names of all guests
License plate numbers for all cars (if renting a car, send the plate when you have it)
This info is required — reservations missing it may be subject to cancellation.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
Trash goes to the designated community dumpsters
Please treat the home and community amenities with care
Cleaning fee is included in your total
Maximum of 6 cars allowed
Guests must follow all community rules
The community is secured with 24/7 security patrol

Pool & Beach Access:
Your reservation includes 8 complimentary pool and beach passes.

Seasonal Hours:
Weekends only starting Memorial Day weekend
Open daily from Father's Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
Hours: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Need extra passes? Up to 4 additional passes are available for $10 per guest, per day. Head to the Boat Rental Office with your photo ID and rental packet to pick them up. Children over 5 and all adults need a wristband. Passes are non-refundable, so check the weather before purchasing.

Boating:
Boat rentals are available right in the community — kayaks, canoes, and more. Please note that personal watercraft are not permitted on the lake.
