The home features multiple indoor and outdoor sitting areas, Fire place, shuffle board, Pac-man, darts, game board games, with washer and dryer, and a gas grill.

We are located within the private community of Towamensing Trails, which offers a 194 acre lake with a private sandy beach, pool (seasonal), volleyball, basketball & tennis courts, playground, clubhouse, snack bar & arcade. Upon arrival you will be received 8 guest passes (bracelets) to enjoy all of these amenities.

Please note that due to the community regulations, every rental is only allotted 8 guest passes. Anyone over the age of 5 must wear one.
We also have no control over the Towamensing Trails decisions on amenity closings including pool, lake, boat rentals, etc. We can not promise community amenities will be open/available during your stay. The community ban open fires. there are no open fires at the property allowed.
