Ervaar het land van betovering in Toscaanse luxe. Dit op maat gebouwde huis met nieuwe moderne voorzieningen is gelegen in de uitlopers van het Sandia-gebergte. Gelegen in het zeer gewilde Noordoost-gebied van Albuquerque op een hectare grond op slechts enkele minuten van de Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.

Dit prachtige huis is 3000 vierkante meter, met 3/4 slaapkamers, 2 volledige baden, volledig uitgeruste keuken, grote grote kamer, privézwembad en bubbelbad.

Gelegen op enkele minuten van de Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Sandia Tram, Sandia Casino & Roadrunner treinstation dat u naar het hart van Santa Fe brengt. Minder dan 15 minuten naar Old Town, Beautiful Bosque, Fabulous Restaurants & Malls. Minder dan 1 uur rijden naar Santa Fe en Santa Fe Ski Resort.

Begin uw dag met een kopje koffie op het dek met uitzicht op een prachtige zonsopgang terwijl deze de goede morgen in het Sandia-gebergte kust. Geniet van het kijken naar de ballonnen vanaf het westdek naast de privésuite. Ontspan 's avonds met een glas wijn bij het privézwembad / bubbelbad of op het dek en kijk naar een unieke zonsondergang van het Land van Betovering.

Kook een maaltijd in de keuken geschikt voor een chef-kok. Geniet van familie of vrienden in de grote grote kamer met 20 'latilla plafonds, Kiva open haard en dubbele Franse deuren die leiden naar het overdekte terras en het zwembad. Ontspan bij de vuurplaats en zie de bergen de watermeloen (Sandia) kleur krijgen.

Nestel je in je luxe master suite met een uniek spa-achtig masterbad. Zet de open haard aan en geniet van uw zorgen in het 7 'jacuzzi-bad. Of was uw zorgen weg in de aangepaste douche met dubbele douchekoppen + een regendouche.

Family Reunion 2025

Property was perfect for our visit to ABQ. We had 11 adults at the house for the holiday weekend and everyone had a relaxing time. There was the pool, hot tub and deck area to relax in/on. Large table to play games and have meals at…living room sat 7 people if you wanted to watch tv. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful view of mountains too.

Family Christmas Trip

Our two sons and our grandchildren enjoyed the home very much. Beautiful well kept home with room for 12 of us. Beautiful view out the back of home and the upstairs master. Enjoyed the outside hot tub, fire pit and basketball area. Hosts were very helpful and available if we had questions. They even brought sidewalk chalk over for the younger kids.

Great property!

Ron and Christie were super helpful with showing us around and making us feel at home. They were always available through the app and even texted me when the wifi went out to let me know they were working on it, before i even noticed it was out. Their hospitality was great and the clean-up process was considerably quick and easy compared to some rentals. Only thing I would recommend is to label the light switches in the house. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out what turns what on/off. But it didn’t take away from the overall experience! Highly recommend!

A beautiful, spacious home, perfect for family memories.

We had the privilege of staying at Christie and Ron’s home and it did not disappoint! Photos don’t do it justice. The house has everything we needed and more, and was a perfect place to have a family gathering. The kitchen is second to none, the backyard space was amazing for swimming, enjoying the many tables, chairs, and spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms stocked and clean, and lots of room to eat, drink and be merry. Plenty of towels for the pool, floaties, and warm and bubbly set jacuzzi. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Such a fabulous experience

I met my extended family at this beautiful house and was so happy with the experience. My son asked me to tell the owner how beautiful the “mansion” was. The pool was was perfect - we spent 5 hours one day in the hot sun. We were having too much fun. The owners were so lovely and responsive to our questions. We couldn’t ask for better hosts!!! You will not regret booking this house - you will want to come again.

The house is beyond beautiful…but the owners are amazing! They were easily available to us for any of our questions or needs, yet respected the group dynamic and did not come over…although we were happy to say goodbye to them in the driveway! Albuquerque 4 bedroom?

We enjoyed the property - pool was too cold the first week of May to really use more than a dip but appreciated the choice, only one lounge chair. The owners do live in half the house although we didn’t really notice other than coming and going and you have to ask to do laundry as it’s shared with them. This is a nice house on a big lot quiet neighborhood but for 3 couples and a single the bedroom configuration was a bit awkward as one of the bedrooms is actually the master bedroom closet which there is a door to the closet but it is semi open to the master bedroom so either the person in there has to go outside to the downstairs bathroom or into the master area. Also there is no where else to hang clothes I. The master except the “bedroom”. Also note the master is on the 2nd floor and an elderly couple was going to come and that wouldn’t have worked well for them. Had some issues getting the hot tub at the right temp and owners were gracious and brought us breakfast but was a downer several days. Several things were in need of repair and the coffee make being the largest annoyance even if they provided a keurig and pods. When 7 are staying individual pods with mostly weird flavors was not as expected. Kitchen was lovely though and had everything needed to cook a meal with spices etc if needed. We did sleep really well on the master bed and linens were nice Overall it’s a nice place could use a little extra attention to small details but for the price it was a good stay

Great property in north Albuquerque. Huge kitchen area and wonderful outdoor space with a pool and hot tub. Owners do live on the property but are in a separate space and kept to themselves unless we needed them. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Great view of the hot air balloons during the ballon fiesta. The location is also very close to balloon fiesta park.

We came in town for a family wedding but also wanted it to feel like a vacation. The location, view, pool and house did not disappoint. The owners were so sweet and even left little treats for us upon arrival. They were great communicators and we didn’t even remember that they also lived on site. It felt like our own vacation home.
