'The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.'

We were in town for a conference and this was the perfect place to return at the end of the day and reflect while enjoying the cozy environment and terrific hot tub/backyard. 'Little Bird Casita was too wonderful for words! Our hosts, David and Joanie, were extremely hospitable and communication was great. The casita was filled with beautiful art, giving us a sweet sense of the culture and history of the Southwest. Every little amenity was carefully incorporated into that lovely space. 'The house was in a great, safe location close to everything we needed to do on that side of town. We had a family wedding at the Sandia Resort and didn't want to try to wrangle 4 small children for 4 days there. We were just a few minutes away from the resort as well as a few minutes away from my father in law on Montgomery/Eubank. There is a Trader Joes nearby as well as other grocery stores, restaurant and even a Kohls for last minute wedding socks :)'

'Property was nice. We had a homeless person come up and ask for money while we were unloading. We were really close to a busy street. Vehicle noise from the nearby street was distracting when trying to sleep.'
