'Clean modest home'

'The property is adorable, cozy, and plenty of room for 3-4 people to spread out. Taryn was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns.We came during Thanksgiving weekend to visit my son who’s a student at UNM. The property is close enough to campus, the airport and a lot of attractions in Albuquerque. I have been several times but stayed in hotels. I will start staying at this property if it is available!'

'The Casita was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I had no hesitation parking my car in the turn around out front. The bed was comfortable and the shower is hot with good pressure. The Internet was a little slow and the air conditioning is achieved from a couple of those rolling portable units that generate a constant hum in the place. Neither detracted from my stay but noted in case they're important to someone else.'

'Home has an amazing view of the Sandias and in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely outdoor patio to take advantage of both. '

'The property was clean but our dogs did find food under the couch. Plus the grounds look a little messy with pots and dead plants etc'

'Hot tub was very inviting but we don’t really care for really hot water, so did not need to utilize. Back yard nice and had grill and seating with a fire box, and basketball hoop set up-Played horse Cornhole set ups ready. high Bar w/4 person seating. Nice size yard for my pets. Dogs paws not bothered by the rock landscape as the rocks were a nice size. House is nice and new tvs everywhere. Bathrooms nice. We turned the water heater down a couple notches as it was set at max. Everything...

'Nice place! Has everything you need for a smooth stay for a family. Location was also ideal to move around the city. Instructions for check in and check out were clear. In addition to that, there was a printed guide inside the house with activities and places of interest. Definitely recommend.'
