Pets:
Small dogs are allowed with a one-time $100 pet fee. 2 small dogs are $125.00 Pets must stay off the furniture and go potty outside. All doggie business must be disposed of.


NO PARTIES - Parties, events, and gatherings are not allowed (unless previously agreed upon, in writing, at the time of booking). Please mention if you plan to have guests over who are not included in your reservation.

RING DOORBELL CAMERA - A doorbell camera may be installed outside the porch, facing the street.

RESPECT - As with anywhere you stay, please be respectful of the property and people you encounter. Treat the home as you would if it belonged to a close friend.

QUIET HOURS - Quiet hours between 10pm-7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors.

NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside! Make sure doors and windows are closed if smoking outside (and dispose of butts in the trash bins outside).
