The Space:
The home, nestled in a serene neighborhood, accommodates up to 4 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a designated office or optional third bedroom equipped with a pack and Play Crib for families with infants (allowing for 5 guests). The backyard offers stunning views of the Sandia Mountains and beautiful sunsets, providing a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy birdlife like hummingbirds, finches, and occasional visits from roadrunners scampering through.
A selection of books, including cookbooks and poetry, can be found in the office. There are challenging jigsaw puzzles to enjoy, plus the pocket park at the end of the street has mountain views and wonderful neighbors with adorable dogs who gather daily. Indeed, Karma’s Casa really is your home away from home ready to deliver the perfect base for your New Mexico experience and hopefully lots of good “karma.” You may not ever want to leave!
Karma’s Casa caters for up to 4 guests. Additionally, it has a pack ’n play for an infant. Please note: This single-level home is not wheelchair accessible. There are a couple of steps to the primary bedroom, and both bathrooms incorporate shower/bathtub combos.
The open plan living, and dining area is the perfect place to gather with the family, and the adjoining gourmet kitchen is well stocked.
The fully fenced yard is private and ideal for alfresco dining with a BBQ grill and beautiful mountain views!

Karma’s Casa is located just 7 miles from Old Town Plaza Square. Conveniently situated to Downtown and the Nob Hill Shopping District. Nearby you'll find an array of popular dining options, cafes, arts, entertainment, and necessary conveniences.
ABQ is the home of Netflix (think Breaking Bad, Stranger Things, and Better Call Saul) as well as a premier location for Hollywood production companies and others worldwide. So, it’s not at all unusual to see one or more movies and/or television shows featuring some of your favorite stars being filmed in local neighborhoods or on main streets in the city.
A mere 20-minute drive from nearly all of ABQ's attractions, including the renowned Balloon Fiesta. Each October, the skies fill with over 500 balloons for this iconic event, making this year's October 1-9, 2022 Fiesta particularly special as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.
