But the front yard is completely private & enclosed. The unit in the back also has a private yard with its own hot tub.

Guests have access to the entire space including the laundry room that is attached to the back of this unit. Guests should remember to lock the laundry room from the inside (by the kitchen) to keep their space private from guests staying in the back house.

This property is at the end of a dead-end street, so it is particularly quiet for Downtown.
