We had a shower with mold on it that wasnt fixed even a day later. After a lot of complaining we finally got a new room that at first "wasn't available" in that new room we had sheets on our bed with some red stains so we had to complain again. And after all that complaining and all those issues we never heard either just a sorry or got some compensation for the state of their rooms we only got looks like we weren't taken seriously or like "oh no there we got those people again". It was overal a very dissapointing hotel in terms of overall service. "
