'Cosy, warm friendly family hotel. Exentric interior and great breakfast buffet. Monfortinho is great outside the winter i guess, in december its pretty much deserted, but wandering in nature here is great, and its nice and quit. This hotel i would recommend to anyone in any season. '

'We absolutely LOVED staying here!!! The apartment was clean, comfortable and had absolutely everything you could possibly want for a comfortable stay. The town was positively beautiful and peaceful. If you want to feel like you’ve truly experienced Portugal, you should definitely stay here. We have been traveling by car for a month and the owners very modestly claim that they don’t have a private parking space BUT you can park along the chapel RIGHT next to the apartment or at the public...
