'Cosy, warm friendly family hotel. Exentric interior and great breakfast buffet. Monfortinho is great outside the winter i guess, in december its pretty much deserted, but wandering in nature here is great, and its nice and quit. This hotel i would recommend to anyone in any season. '

'Eind september was het stadje uitgestorven.'

'This place is perfect. Very spacious, clean and there is s cheap gasstation across the street, supermarkets nearby. The little restaurant attached to it could serve a more extensive breakfast.'

'The accommodation met our expectations, being relatively close to the historic villages, although access to Monsanto village was difficult due to the type of road. We noticed some irregularities, such as the automated AC being difficult to adjust and having some malfunctions (we ended up switching it off at the power station to avoid problems). 'A great little rustic spot in the heart of rural Portugal! Owners take pride in their establishment and absolutely love, entertaining, and having guests. Very authentic Portuguese experience. This is a great location to explore the local castle & ruins and then a short drive to Monsanto 🏰'

'Staff was wonderful property was beautiful. The location was far from anything but very cool. The only issue was getting to a restaurant at night. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.'

'Pros: A piscina é fantástica. O local e maravilhoso Cons: Acabou rápido'

'Adoramos a estadia! Foi excelente no geral o espaço, as pessoas!! Família muito acolhedora e querida! É certamente uma experiência a repetir!'

'Lovely, clean rooms in the middle of an almond farm. Breakfast is really good. Lots of common areas to use. Salt water pool was wonderful on our 30C day!'

'Great relaxing atmosphere. Easy free parking.'
