'Es una casa en el pueblo de Oliva, bastante espaciosa y cómoda. Está a 10 minutos en coche de diferentes playas muy buenas. La casa es algo calurosa y hay insectos. Pero tiene una terraza maravillosa con unas vistas a la iglesia del casco antiguo preciosas.'

'Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 4 enfants dont un bébé de 12 mois. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Raquel la propriétaire et son mari. Malgré la barrière de la langue elle nous a parfaitement expliqué le fonctionnement de la maison et les commodités à proximités. Nous nous sommes sentis de suite à l'aise comme chez nous. La maison est propre, Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine, des serviettes, draps et la machine a laver était appréciable. La plage est vraiment jolie...

'Het huis bleek toch meer afgelegen te zijn dan dat wij verwacht hadden. Het huis op zich is goed ingericht al heeft het wel een opknapbeurtje nodig in onze ogen. We hebben wel heerlijk gewandeld in de omliggende natuur en vooral erg genoten van het fantastische uitzicht. Dit maakt veel goed.'

'Lo mejor sin duda de la casa es la ubicacion enfrente de la plata y la terraza. La casa esta bastante antigua y el mobiliario deja que desear. Pero todo se olvida segun te surntas en una silka de la terraza.'

'- The water boiler was rusty and covered in chalk. - The beds were both small and uncomfortable. - There was hardly any linen. - The neighbors could be quite noisy. - Upon checking out the bathroom connected to one of the bedrooms, a high placed small window was closed by the neighbors! '

'We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful.'

'En general el apartamento esta muy bien. Es amplio, bien equipado y con ascensor. Una segunda planta, con su terraza, es soleado. El servicio que da de equipamiento perfecto. Está muy cerquita de la playa. Tiene un restaurante justo al lado de la entrada del edificio. Inconvenientes, sólo disponer de un juego de llaves y creo que es un Disco bar que hay enfrente, cruzando la calle principal, con el consiguiente ruido y bullicio.'

'Wir erhielten alle notwendigen Informationen im Voraus und der Check-in-Prozess verlief demzufolge reibungslos. Die Wohnung selbst ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet; das Wasser im Schwimmbad warm und das Becken von angenehmer Größe. Allerdings waren wir enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit in der gesamten Unterkunft. Überfall, aber insbesondere auf dem Boden, waren Staub und viele Haare zu finden, so dass wir gezwungen waren, die Wohnung vor dem Bezug komplett zu wischen, worauf wir natürlich überhaupt...

'Muy buena ubicación. Escaleras de acceso muy estrechas para subir con carritos de bebé. A la entrada el apartamento no estaba tan limpio como esperaba. A nuestra entrada el apartamento estaba vacío y no nos entregaron las llaves hasta las 16:00 horas simplemente porque en el anuncio indican que la entrada es a las 16:00 horas a pesar de no estar justificada la entrada a esa hora por labores de limpieza ya que no limpiaron el día que entramos.'

'La villa et son aménagement sont très bien. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout.Ils ont même laissé un petit cadeau de bienvenue. La piscine est vraiment ideale et sa vue magnifique. Seuls bémols, il y a beaucoup de marches , et pour acceder a la maison et se garer c'est assez étroit quand on a une grande voiture.'

'Le location en elle-même est très bien, plage, commerces, port à proximité, on peut tout faire à pied. Le gros défaut, l'insonorisation. Tous les balcons et fenêtres des chambres donnent sur un grand boulevard. En plus du bruit des voitures, c'est le chemin qui mène aux boites de nuit et emprunté par des bandes de jeunes qui hurlent à l'aller (entre 1h et 2h du matin) et au retour vers 8h. De plus on nous dit ne pas accepter des groupes de jeunes de -26 ans or ce n'est pas le cas pour tous les...

'It was a bit disappointing, the house looked better in the pictures than in reality. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed and a halve open bathroom in the room, the other (small) room has a single bed. Anyone sleeping in the small room has to go into the other bedroom to use the toilet or shower (open area) which of course is ridiculous. The kitchen was well equipped. There’s no dishwasher, no kitchen towels and not even salt and pepper, the basics. The entire house has 1 airconditioner...
