'This well equipped, cosy cottage is exactly as the photos show. Everything you need to enjoy your stay, whatever time of the year. Great base to explore the Alentejo. Montoito is small but there's a supermarket, bank, bread shop and a couple of local bars.'

Wij hebben altijd zelf een goede lamp bij ons dus hadden er geen last van. César is een geweldige gastheer, open en behulpzaam. Hij is altijd bereikbaar zonder opdringerig te zijn. We konden gemakkelijk communiceren (in het Engels).'

'We spent a lovely relaxing springtime holiday in this well-equipped, spacious, clean and prettily decorated house. Woke up with birdsong daily and enjoyed meals and drinks on the large terrace with those beautiful views, exactly as pictured on the website. Hostess Olga was easy to reach when we had a question but otherwise gave us complete privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed the area, with its cork, olive and orange trees and whitewashed villages and towns in the midst of a colourful wildflower...

'Een gezellig ingericht huis waar je je snel thuis kan voelen en voorzien van alle gemakken. Schitterende omgeving met vele dorpen / dorpjes met kastelen. Op 2 km afstand in het plaatsje Pias start een wandeling naar een megaliet van 10 meter hoog en een doorsnee van 6 meter. Wij zijn er heerlijk tot rust gekomen. Een plaats om naar terug te keren.'
