  • Barcares nieuwe vakantiewoning in Alcudia dicht bij de zee met privézwembad. Luxueus door zijn elegante ontwerp en hoogwaardige uitrusting. Perfecte locatie in een rustige zone nabij de zee en op slechts 1 km van het dorp Alcudia. Prachtige optie om van uw vakantie op Mallorca te genieten.



    Ruime interieurs met een grote woon-eetkamer met grote ramen die natuurlijk licht binnenlaten, waar u kunt genieten van rustige momenten, het lezen van een boek of televisie kijken op de grote en comfortabele banken. Eettafel voor 8 personen om te genieten van maaltijden in de buitenlucht of met familie. Volledig uitgeruste keuken met vaatwasser, oven... U vindt een van de tweepersoonskamers met een eigen badkamer op de begane grond en een toilet naast de woon-eetkamer. De kamers zijn uitgerust met airconditioning en kwaliteitsuitrusting voor uw comfortabele rust. Op de eerste verdieping vindt u de rest van de kamers.

    Mooie buitenruimtes omringd door struiken, planten en grote palmbomen. Groot privézwembad met zout water waar u kunt genieten van verfrissende baden onder de zon van Mallorca en ontspannen op de 8 ligbedden naast het zwembad. Buitenruimte uitgerust met schaduw en een tafel voor 8 personen naast de barbecue, voor de liefhebbers van de grill.

    Ongeëvenaarde locatie, gelegen in Alcudia nabij de zee, in de zone van Barcares, bekend om zijn rust en kleine jachthaven. Op slechts enkele minuten van het huis vindt u een rotsachtig gebied waar u kunt genieten van zwemmen in zee en een doorlopend pad om langs de kust te wandelen. Op slechts 1 km van Alcudia, een plaats gekenmerkt door zijn middeleeuwse stadsmuren, waar u de wekelijkse markt (dinsdag en zondag) vindt met lokale en biologische producten van Mallorca.



    Barcares nu is een geweldige optie om uw vakantie door te brengen in Mallorca, huis in Alcudia met privézwembad en ideale locatie, je zal het geweldig vinden!

Vi har haft en fantastisk uge i denne skønne bolig i Alcudia – to familier med 4 voksne og 4 børn

Huset er lækkert indrettet med gode værelser og alt, hvad man har brug for. Det udendørs område er helt i top – stor pool, flot terrasse og masser af plads til både afslapning og leg. Der var altid en solseng ledig, så både store og små kunne nyde solen. Beliggenheden er også rigtig god – roligt område, men stadig tæt på strand, by og indkøb. Alt i alt en perfekt ramme for en uges ferie med familien. Kan varmt anbefales!

Das Haus war super! Schön geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet, schön eingerichtet. Außerdem war es völlig unproblematisch einen späteren Check Out zu machen. Vielleicht eine etwas größere Pfanne in der Küche

Beautiful villa in a quiet area which is an easy walk into Alcudia town. The villa is very comfortable and well equipped with a great outdoor area and pool. It was spotlessly clean on arrival and had everything we need for travelling with a young baby. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Alcudia.

Beautiful spacious house in an excellent location. Only a short walk to Old Town and restaurants. We were there for two weeks and the pool and outdoor area was cleaned during our stay. One of the bedrooms upstairs was damp and had a bit of a damp smell. We didn&#39t end up using that room and put the kids in the other room together.

Beautiful villa in a nice, quiet neighbourhood

There were 8 of us and the size of the property was perfect. 3 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet downstairs. 10-15 mins walk to Alcúdia old town. Small beach around 10 minutes away. We ended up going there more often than to the main Alcúdia beach. Nice little pool and plenty of sun loungers. All photos on the website are accurate. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Incredible Property in a quiet location but with easy access to the coast and town

Location is in a quiet area just outside of the old town, easy walk on the flat and not far from some stunning coastline to the north. Accommodation had everything you would need for a break with a lovely welcome pack to start you off especially as there was a delay on our flight. Good communication throughout Not a major issue but there are TVs everywhere and the main one was difficult to understand and work, the WIFI was ok was limited in use.

The villa was clean, spacious and the outside area was brilliant. Plenty of space for 7 of us and the villa was well equipped. Welcome refreshments were a lovely touch especially as we arrived quite late in the evening. Front door lock was very stiff, we really struggled to open it on a number of occasions.

Absolutely fantastic stay in a beautiful villa.

Lovely villa, pool, garden and outdoor dining area. Everything we needed. Great location for a short walk old townthe beach and a great little bar called Red Rum, which is a short walk on the edge of the beach. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable. The mattresses are very firm and pillows too, but that&#39s my personal opinion as I like a medium soft mattress and soft pillows.

Nice, modern villa near Old Town

We enjoyed our stay in Alcudia. The villa was clean, modern and situated near to a bar and nice area for snorkeling. A 10 minute walk will take you into the Old Town which is beautiful. The Port is a 30 minute walk away but there are plenty of taxis if you don't fancy the distance. Take mosquito repellent... They are a bit of an issue at night!

Villa was spacious annd clean and the pool are and bbq was perfect for our family holiday. Lovely quiet area only 10 min walk from the beautiful old town. We walked there most nights for something to eat and enjoyed the market days. There was a supermarket there as well which we used. I would recommend a car but we used taxis everywhere. Any issues we had were addressed with no hassle. Transfer we booked were excellent and took any stress away if airport runs. The only thing that would have helped us would have been to have had more activities information such as kyaking/boat trips etc but this is just a suggestion and also perhaps to have been able to have a few food items we could have booked as we arrived late. However the water and drink was very much appreciated. overall we had a fabulous time at the villa xxx

Amazing property in quiet location but easy access to the beach and town

What a find, beautifully clean and spacious property with all you could ask for a real home from home. Very responsive agents to provide advice and support. A flat walk to the town and beach enabled access to be easy for less abled individuals. The handbook could be clearer with regards the TV operation and refuse disposal. The WIFI was not as good as we hoped but the idea was not to spend our time on it so not a worry.

We had a very comfortable stay in this large well-maintained home

Lots of space (we were 5 adults), and a fabulous outdoor area. We loved eating on the patio. The pool was brilliant and very clean, with more than enough lounge chairs for our crew. It was a short walk (8 minutes) through a safe residential area to old town Alcudia which has lots of restaurants and shops. The adjacent ruins are a must-see. We loved that this was a quiet area away from the busy main strip near the resorts. So many beaches within a short drive. The house itself is very modern outside and on the main floor, a little more traditional upstairs but really well kept and great space and light. Love the walk-in closet and many bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit small but well kitted. Great to have a car garage under the house. Good communication with the host. We really enjoyed our week here, very relaxing, and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

A lovely villa located about 10/15 minutes walk outside of Alcudia Old Town

It has everything you need for a wonderful stay and the hosts are very helpful and responsive should you need anything else. We stayed with a toddler and 4 adults and there was plenty of room for us all. It's a very safe and enclosed space outside, however the only thing I would say is there are steps at both entrances to the villa so you have to be on your toes with the little ones. There is a restaurant <5 mins walk, sadly this is the only one around. There is also a park with swings etc round the corner. The nearest supermarket is around 15/20 minutes walk and has everything that you'll need. I would highly recommend this villa if you don't mind a little walk for your bars/restaurants/shops, it was a great stay.

It is a spacious house -Air-con in almost every room -Two of the four bedrooms has on suite bathroom. -Convenient garage in basement. -Large pool area with plenty of sun beds. -The outdoor space is very private thanks to a high hedge around the property. -Quiet and peaceful area. -Nice outdoor area for dining. This house has potential for a 5 star rating from my side, but I give 4 stars at this point due to some small things that could be improved: - Outdoor bbq station is surrounded by hedge, we didn’t dare to use it due to fire hazard - Some kitchen appliances starting to be worn, for example coffee maker is calcified and barely works. - Shower drains running slow, need maintenance - No fire alarm available So with a small maintenance effort this would be 5 star rating.

A nice house in a quiet area

The house was clean and the location was satisfying. Just a 10 min walk to old Alcúdia with its history, restaurants and stores. The beach was about 10 min walk in the other direction. The area was quiet and it was easy to communicate with Ideal Property Mallorca. There could be more cutlery in the kitchen, it was a bit few if you are 8 persons. The instructions about how to take care of our garbage was a bit confusing. There are a door to door-system but we didn’t have the right bins for that so we went to the nearest garbage station. It would have been nice with a map so we could se were those station was located, and how we should sort our garbage. It would have been nice if we could have ordered breakfast for our first morning. We came in the middle of the night and had to wait until the store was open, so it took us a little while that morning.

Superb !

The house is as shown in the pictures with no hidden surprises. We enjoyed the stay with the whole family. (7 adults and our 3-year old grandson) Also the service from IPM was great: in one of the bathrooms we didn’t have warm water. We called the emergency number and 15 minutes later someone arrived and though he couldn’t fix the issue, the next morning the plumber fixed it in 10 minutes. The dishwasher works well but the baskets inside are rusted and neef replacement. Also secure that the emergency service team has keys from all doors so the can intervene even in the technical area from the pool (irritating noise from failing pump could not be shut down by service team after we called them during night. By the way service team is amazing: we called them on Easter night at 3AM and within 15 minutes someone was at the house to assist)

Tolles Haus für große Reisegruppe

Sehr schön Lage - fussläufig nach Alcúdia, zum Meer. Schönes & geräumiges Haus mit tollem Pool. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Wasser. Nach der Meldung wurde sehr schnell reagiert, aber auch in den letzten Tagen ist es wieder zweimal für ca eine Stunde ausgefallen.
