Villa Can Xanet de Baix is a charming traditional Spanish escape, this 4 bedroom villa has a fantastic pool area and garden with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside and mountains. Located in between Pollensa and Alcudia, you have the best of both worlds - a quaint old town, with narrow cobbled streets, combined with a much livelier resort. Both have a great choice of restaurants and shops. There's also a long sandy beach in Alcudia, plus the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa within easy reach. WiFI, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Can Xanet de Baix is a detached villa located on the outskirts of the Pollensa countryside, close to the popular and lively resort of Alcudia. The resorts' port, old town and centre are all with a 15 minute drive, but you can also easily reach Pollensa Old Town and the seaside resort of Puerto Pollensa  by car. A huge choice of eating places, both traditional and contemporary, can be found in the local area, as well as a choice of fantastic beaches, golf courses and attractions.

Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
