'Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin Annabel war sehr unkompliziert. Schöne, neue Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und den morgendlichen Kaffee konnten wir draußen genießen. Bus und Bahn nahe an der Wohnung; wir sind jedoch oft in die Altstadt gelaufen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Ob der Stadtteil ruhig ist, können wir leider nicht sagen, da wir zum FALLAS Fest in Valencia waren und dort herrscht dann Ausnahmezustand. 'Abbiamo soggiornato per il week end dedicato alla gare dell'IronMan70.3, eravamo in 8, 6 adulti e 2 bambini. La struttura molto comoda ed elegante è dotati di ampi spazi. Il proprietario super gentile ci ha accolto e supportato in tutte le nostre esigenze. La struttura, posizionata nel tranquillo quartiere di Nazaret, non è in centro, ma molto comoda per raggiungere le varie attrazioni.'

'Beautiful appartment in Valencia. The location is perfect: next to the subway with direct connections to the airport, the old city center and the beaches. Restaurants, shops and the Mercadona are within walking distance, but the appartment itself is very quiet. The kitchen is good with all appliances (and a Nespresso !). Beautifully decorated with 2 sofas and a 65inch TV-screen; 2 bedrooms with good Beds and 2 bathrooms with a good shower. The patio is just lovely with the palmtrees and ideal...

'A great little house with an ideal size garden. The location is great as it is by a small river that runs into the sea. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Lovely beach which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself was clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the house met all our needs. Just a shame we didn't have time to stay longer.'

'Een heel ruim huis voorzien van alle gemakken, ruim voldoende opbergruimte, servies enz. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Inchecken ging wat stroef doordat er verschillende telefoon nummers op contract stonden, maar wel een hele aardige meneer. Echt een aanrader , we hebben genoten. Voor ons had het huis wel dichter bij de kust mogen staan maar ja je kan niet alles hebben.'

'Property really tired and poorly set up for the number of people it was listed For 10 people only 8 chairs at the dining table, two small settees, beds were extremly poor, kitchen facilities cupboard doors hanging off when you opened them, a complete mixture of plates, mugs, glasses not sufficient for number of people, we were only 9 All in all good location, really poor facilities within the accommadation and would not recommend it for the price and number of people'
