'Het park is netjes onderhouden. De chalet was vochtig. De jaloezie in de keuken zat vol vet en het 2 pitsfornuis is geheel verroest. Ik denk dat het in het hoog seizoen een betere plek is als in maart. het personeel aan de receptie toonde geen interesse.'

'Great luxurious appartment, clean, spacious, stylish, all good. Also clear instructions and good communication with the owner. The neighborhood is quiet, no other tourists, but not scary. The only downside is the distance from public transportation. Tip for other tourists: walk downhill from Sapadores, going uphill from Santa Apolónia station after a long day is hell (at least for someone from the Netherlands)'

'It is quiet. Hidden in a very nice neighborhood. The bed crispy. Everything looks stylish in a calm way. The bathroom very small with not much space for products but there is a seperate dressing room with a make-up table/desk. The lounge area with balcony is very comfortable with a marble sink. 'Unhygienic, poorly maintained and misleading information – stay away!
We stayed here during our holiday and it was extremely disappointing.
The air conditioning didn’t work.
There were blood stains and remains of dead insects on the walls.
The shower was dirty and poorly maintained.
There is no reception desk to help with questions, and nobody answers the phone.
The housekeeping staff do not speak English and are unwilling to help.
