'There is a very unpleasant smell in the apartment- that made us limit out time in the apartment and it was quite unpleasant - except to sleep. It was making me feel a bit sick to my stomach- maybe sewer? Also- the heat in one bedroom was not working so it was quite cold in the main part of the apartment because we had to wheel the portable heater into that room to stay warm. Kitchen was limited on what was available- but we ended up eating out, anyway. Not the best stay.'

'Fantastic clean, modern, well appointed studios in the Comporta area! Short, reasonable drive to town and the beaches on a very quit and well maintained property with nice staff. A bit of communication hiccups booking last minute through VRBO, but Nuno on site was very responsive and helpful once we got directly connected. We will absolutely, certainly stay here again the next time we visit Comporta.'
