'Amazing experience at this property. We felt welcomed and really enjoyed making bbq and swimming in the pool. You do need a car to get to this property, but you will not be disappointed.'

'We verbleven in een zeer nette, schone en ruime woning in een prachtige omgeving. Sobere, maar efficiënte inrichting. Enig minpuntje is de verlichting in huis. Wij hebben altijd zelf een goede lamp bij ons dus hadden er geen last van. César is een geweldige gastheer, open en behulpzaam. Hij is altijd bereikbaar zonder opdringerig te zijn. We konden gemakkelijk communiceren (in het Engels).'

'We had a lovely holiday in the villa. The house is very big, the bedrooms are large and the beds were comfortable. The pool is very big and luxurious, with enough shade from the parasols. The surroundings were quiet, we had lovely views of the hills and were quite close (30 min drive) to multiple beaches. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away by car, which was very handy. A minor warning though: the water comes from an artesian well and contains iron and sulphur, which takes some getting...

'Estadia espectácular. As fotos não refletem a beleza do alojamento. A piscina tem uma vista fenomenal. O quarto (duplex) era enorme. O pequeno almoço (picnic box) tinha imensa quantidade e qualidade, até sentimos que não era necessário tanta comida. Gostamos imenso da experiência. '

'Gelado! O quarto estava gelado quando entrámos. Apesar de ter Ar Condicionado, é claramente insuficiente para o clima da zona, e o tipo de habitação. Mesmo com o ar condicionado ligado no máximo a noite toda, o quarto manteve-se muito frio e completamente desconfortável.'

'The cottage is really cute and charming, with a relaxed hippie vibe. The location is beautiful: stunning views and a lovely pool. Aside from the dogs' barking, it was a peaceful and relaxing environment.However… the cottage did have some drawbacks. Upon arrival, it wasn't clean: black mold in the bathroom, a dirty kitchen and pans, an unhygienic bathroom, and the shower drain barely drained, meaning you quickly found yourself standing in a layer of mold-covered water. The screens didn't stay in...

'This is a perfect accommodation for people looking for a bit of peace, and the Portuguese country life. You will find yourself surrounded by agricultural fields, and quiet beaches located just minutes away. Next to the house is an important hiking route through the fields. The house has a piece of land. The household is practical, and the owners are very friendly and helpful in answering any questions you may have. You will notice immediately that it is a pet friendly accommodation.'

'nothing but compliments, only 1 tip: a one pager with some local guidances (doctors, supermarkets, need for additional towels/toilet paper). the man that was present at our arrival only speaks portuguese and we didn't. although he was very friendly, he wasn't much of help'
