I did not like the way of dealing, responses and behavior of all hotel staff/ employees, especially the front desk staff, and whoever answered the phone when I called them from my room, their responses were characterized by lack of taste and respect and you do not find such behavior in a two-star hotel or even a one-star hotel, in short, hotel management is A failed and does not have the slightest idea about hotel management and the staff are unprofessional and act with the utmost indifference, arrogance and lack of any sense of responsibility. The air conditioning is very noisy and the room’s furniture is old and worn out, and it seems that there is no regular maintenance for the devices, furniture and mattresses, and the appearance of the room is far and completely different from the pictures on booking and other websites on the Internet, I recommend changing the hotel management and many of the hotel staff and replacing them with more professional ones and Respected people, and the renewal of furniture, ,air conditioning devices, and Tv's, finally i don't recommend that hotel, i hope if the hotel owners take our reviews seriously and take an action to save the hotel reputation and make it as other good five stars hotels, because right now it's not more than an average three stars hotel.
